At Miller’s Furniture, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want to ensure that the furniture you order meets your expectations in every way.
Wood and Stain Samples
To help you feel confident in your selection, we will mail wood samples in your chosen stain color within 48 business hours of placing your order. This allows you to confirm that both the wood species and stain color meet your preferences.
Changes to Wood or Stain Selection
You may change your wood species and/or stain color within 10 days of placing your order without penalty. Standard pricing adjustments may apply depending on your new selections. If you wish to make a change after reviewing your samples, please contact us at sales@millersfurniture.com within the 10-day window and provide your updated selections.
Order Cancellations and Refunds
Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled between 24 and 72 hours after placement will be refunded minus a 5% processing fee. After 72 hours, canceled orders are subject to a 50% non-refundable fee, as materials and production are initiated promptly after order confirmation.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon delivery, please inspect each item carefully before the delivery team departs. In the rare event of shipping damage, notify the delivery personnel immediately. We will, at our discretion, either repair the damaged item to your satisfaction or replace it with a new piece at no additional cost.
Please note that once the delivery team has left the premises, free return delivery will not be available.
Floor Model Purchases
All floor model sales are considered final. Because these items have been available for in-store inspection prior to purchase, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for floor sale items.
